copy outlook express contacts into iCloud

export contacts to csv format from outlook express
(this next step is done as OE will only export one VCF at a time)
import contacts into windows live mail
select all and export as vcard (select an empty directory)

open command prompt and cd to the empty directory above)
copy *.vcf all.vcf
then email to iPad or iPhone then open the file from the e-mail, this will then add all the contacts
